Our production facilities For the manufacturing of studs and tie rods, MASSAD is equipped with: - Automatic thread-rolling machine - Manual thread-rolling machine(30T, 18T, 10T), - Thread-cutting machine - Stamping machine - CNC twin spindle lathes with bar feeder (60 mm diameter in bars, 200 mm in slugs) - CNC sliding headstock lathes(26 mm diameter) with bar feeder. - CNC twin spindle sliding headstock lathes(32 mm diameter) with bar feeder - Cam controlled lathes with bar feeder. For the manufacturing of Couplings and plugs, MASSARD is equipped with: - CNC twin spindle lathes with bar feeder (60mm diameter in bars, 200 mm in slugs) - CNC sliding headstock lathes(26 mm diameter) with bar feeder- - CNC sliding headstock lathes (32 mm diameter) with bar feeder - Cam controlled lathes with bar feeder - Thread-cutting machine - Engraving programmable machine - washing-machine - Second-operation machine For the manufacturing of self tapping thread inserts and overmoulding inserts, MASSARD is equipped with :: - Multi-spindle lathes 1" - multi-spindle CNC - Automatic cam controled lathes (26 mm diameter) ?V - Automatic second-operation machine - Washing-machine For the manufacturing of turned parts according to requirements, MASSARD is equipped with: - CNC Twin spindle lathes with bar feeder (60 mm diameter in bars, 200 mm diameter in slugs)) - CNC sliding headstock lathes(26 mm diameter) with bar feeder - CNC twin spindle sliding headstock lathes(32 mm diameter) with bar feeder - manual thread-rolling machine(30T, 18T,10T) - Thread-cutting machine - Engraving programmable machine - Washing-machine Presentation Massard
